2018 has been a wild ride. And while most are focused on the transformative effects of technology, political polarization, and the growing ecological crisis, at the end of the day these are all symptoms of something much more fundamental to the human condition.  

 

I believe the outer conflicts of human experience have their causal root beneath the surface in corners of our consciousness that can be excavated, allowed to breathe, and allowed to heal. 

 

We need only the will to seek it and the space to receive it. 

 

If we as individuals can direct awareness inwardly we will achieve a shift inwardly that  change.
